Terms of Service & Refund Policy

1. General Terms

By purchasing or accessing any product, service, or content offered by Tradinglex (“we”, “us”, or “our”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not purchase, use, or access any Tradinglex product or service.

Tradinglex provides analytical tools and trading indicators for educational and informational purposes only. No part of the content or tools constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. You acknowledge that all trading decisions are made at your own risk and sole discretion.

2. Intellectual Property & License of Use

All software, indicators, algorithms, text, graphics, videos, and materials are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Upon purchase, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the Tradinglex indicator for private trading or research purposes only.

It is strictly prohibited to share, resell, reproduce, redistribute, lend, sublicense, or otherwise make the Tradinglex indicator available to third parties without prior written consent. Violations may result in immediate termination of access and legal action.

3. Payment & Access

All payments are processed through Stripe or other approved processors. Access to the indicator is granted only after successful payment confirmation. You confirm that you are the authorized account holder of the chosen payment method.

We reserve the right to suspend or revoke access in cases of fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or violation of these Terms. No refunds shall apply in such cases.

4. Refund Policy — Money-Back Guarantee

Tradinglex offers a 12-month Money-Back Guarantee for all paid access plans (Pro 3-Month or Lifetime), under the following terms:

  • Valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • If total indicator return underperforms the official NASDAQ-100 (price return) during the same 12-month period, you may request a refund.
  • The refund applies exclusively to the purchase amount of your access plan — not to trading losses or capital fluctuations.
  • You must provide screenshots or a verifiable trade log covering the relevant period.
  • Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days after the end of your 12-month period.
  • Each customer is entitled to one refund claim. Re-purchases after a refund are not covered.
  • Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days if approved and credited to the original payment method only.
  • The guarantee is void if the indicator is misused, altered, shared, or used contrary to these Terms.

Important: The Money-Back Guarantee covers only the price paid for the Tradinglex product. It does not represent compensation for trading losses or financial damage.

5. No Financial Advice & Risk Disclaimer

All Tradinglex content is educational. Trading involves substantial risk of loss. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for your trading and investment decisions. Tradinglex does not provide individual investment advice. Consult a licensed financial advisor before investing.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tradinglex and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages, financial losses, or consequential claims arising from use or misuse of any Tradinglex product. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your purchase.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in unauthorized sharing or resale. Termination does not release you from any outstanding obligations or legal liabilities.

8. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated versions take effect immediately upon publication. You are responsible for reviewing them periodically.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands and the European Union. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent Dutch courts.
